Home Seller Assistance Program

If it is necessary for you to sell your current home in order to purchase a new home we have relationships with professional realtors and have created a program that allows you to use their services for a discounted rate, which helps you make your dream of moving into a new J.W. Mashburn Home a reality. By using this program we can save you up to half of the typical Realtor Fee. The standard Realtor fee is 6% of the sales price of your home, and through our Preferred Realtor Program this fee can be reduced to 3% of the sales price of your home, potentially saving you thousands of dollars.
